    By 5:30 a.m.: Parade coordinators (Arthur, Chuck, Henry?) to meet at HI Conv. Ctr for transport floats to parade start.

    THE CONVENTION CENTER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE FLOATS LEAVE.

    There will be need to park cars at Kapi’olani Park to store tools/equipment, extra clothes for float dismantling and other cars to provide SHUTTLES from park to downtown.

    7:45 a.m.: ASSEMBLE IN FULL REGALIA ON KING STREET BETWEEN RICHARDS AND ALAKEA STREET.

    12 NOON – MEET AT PAKI/MONSARRAT PARKING LOT. Will need ALL HANDS ON DECK to HELP DISMANTLE / BREAKDOWN.
    BRING YOUR POWERED SCREWDRIVERS / WIRE CUTTERS / PLIERS / WORK GLOVES
    We will load up the plywood pieces and return to STORAGE at KKCC Office – 333/355 N. King St.

    REMEMBER – WE HAVE TWO (2) FLOATS TO DISMANTLE!!!
